Great Offer! Application calls for the 2022 University of Sydney International Honours Scholarship Award. The scholarship award is open for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The University of Sydney Honours Scholarship is available to both international and domestic students who wish to enrol in either a standalone appended Honours Program, including Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Honours), or undertaking an Honours pathway in the final year of a combined Bachelor of Advanced Studies.
Study Perks For 2022 University of Sydney International Honours Scholarship Award:
The Scholarship is valued at $6,000 per annum and is available for one year only. The Scholarship annual value will be paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. The Scholarship will be offered subject to the availability of funding.
Selection Criteria:
The Scholarship is offered subject to the applicants:
I. Undertaking a standalone appended Honours Program at the University of Sydney, or
II. undertaking Honours pathway in the final year of Combined Bachelor of Advanced Studies or stand-alone Bachelor of Advanced Studies in Semester 1 or 2 of the upcoming academic year at the University of Sydney by the closing date of the scholarship applications.
International applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney.
The successful applicant will be awarded the Scholarship on the basis of:
I. academic merit,
II. curriculum vitae, and
III. a personal statement which demonstrates their academic achievements, leadership experience, communication skills and interest in studying in the proposed Honours Program.
The Scholarship will be awarded by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education) on the recommendation of a committee consisting of various Faculty Deans, or nominated delegates.
