Application calls for the 2022 Utah Valley University Academic Grants in the USA, this scholarship offer is open for both local and International applicants.

Utah Valley University is a public university in Orem, Utah established in 1941. UVU offers master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees. Previously called Utah Valley State College, the school attained university status in July 2008.



Degree Level:

Undergraduate OR Postgraduate

Selection Criteria:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Student must have completed 2 regular non-ESL semesters prior to application deadline. Preference will be given to students with more completed semesters at UVU.
  • Minimum 12 credit enrollment per semester in degree seeking non-ESL UVU courses during the term of the scholarship.
  • Maintain F-1 status.
  • Other sources of financial aid ( e.g. athletics, talent, departmental) will be taken into account when making awards.
  • Students paying in-state tuition, graduate students, and student receiving SACM scholarships are not eligible.

Preferred Criteria:

Active involvement as a volunteer with International Student Council, with an international on-campus club, or involvement with any other campus global engagement initiatives. Letters of recommendation detailing this type of activity.

  2. Write a one page self introduction. Please include your academic and professional goals as well as any experience you have had with community service, student government, or extra curricular activities.
