The application for the 2022 HEC Pakistan Scholarship Program at Koç University in Turkey is now available to all International applicants.
The application is open for the 2022/23 academic session at the University for those who wish to commence a PhD degree course work at the University.
The Scholarship scheme at Koç University is a joint scholarship program between Koç University and the Higher Education Council of Pakistan
Established in the 1993, Koç University is a non-profit private university in Istanbul, Turkey. Koç University is one of the top Private universities in Istanbul, Turkey. It is ranked #511-520 in QS Global World Rankings 2022.

Who can Apply: Students from Pakistan are eligible to apply.
Subjects: MS-leading to Ph.D. and Ph.D. degrees at any of Koç University’s research graduate program
HEC Pakistan Scholarship Award at Koç University in Turkey Entry Requirements:
The applicants are required to have achieved a minimum GPA varying between 2.5 to 3.75 according to the program.
- The applicants must be Pakistani national students.

- TOEFL IBT – 80

Koc University will provide the selected students the following benefits:
- 100% tuition scholarships in any of Koç University 30 Ph.D. programs
- Dormitory accommodation
- Monthly stipend (900 USD)
- Other benefits (flights, book allowance, others) depend on the specific HEC scholarship type.
