1. Hard Real Time Software Development
Requirements:
- Software development: Linux / C / C ++ / Python / JavaScript / Matlab,
- Languages: Operational English
- Telecom & Network: general knowledge,
- Signal processing: general knowledge

2. Server Installation
Requirements:
Provides technical assistance to support teams to deliver solutions.
Assists in delivering services that are fully compliant with business agreements
Assists with outage management and timely notification of anomalies regarding products and their operational configurations to avoid known issues in the network
Analyze technical alerts and propose solutions
With his/her tutor, the student participates in periodic technical review meetings with the teams (Technology Forums, ticket review)
Attend conference calls with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Basic Requirements:
– Supports the analysis, definition and neutralization of incidents on the remote network.
– Reproduce the problems encountered by the customer on the platform
– Follow-up on incidents and request investigation results for incidents reported to support levels (R&D, Partners, Suppliers…).
