With Iowa State University’s new OneApp scholarship award portal, undergraduate students can submit their scholarship award applications in a single system. The Office of Student Financial Aid as well as academic colleges and departments, and other campus units (ex: Student Affairs Central Office, Student Accessibility Services, Program for Women in Science and Engineering, etc.) will utilise the information available in OneApp to select the scholarship award recipients.
OneApp will be available for the 2020-2021 year from September 1, 2019. Deadlines will be different depending upon the scholarship award or opportunity, so we encourage applicants to log in to OneApp early and often to ensure the deadlines are met. Once submitted, applicants can still access and edit their applications until the scholarship award close date. Scholarship selection committees will use the information available in the system (e.g., data from student records and/or information provided on the General Application, Conditional Application, and any Recommended Opportunities) as of when the selectioncommittee begins their review of applications.
There will be some university scholarship programs not using OneApp to award 2020-2021 scholarships. Go to the additional ISU scholarship award page to check other scholarship programs available at Iowa State.
Incoming freshmen and Transfer Applicants should be sure to set up their ISU Net-ID prior to completing OneApp.
