Tuition:

Requirements
- For Doctoral degree programs: An appropriate master’s degree or specialist degree or equivalent, from any accredited university.
- Applications are open to domestic and international students.
- To be eligible for the Ph.D. program, by the time of registration at Skoltech, candidates must have a M.Sc. degree or its equivalent (specialist degree) from an accredited institution of higher education and in a related area of study.
- All candidates must show proficiency in English, which is the language of instruction at Skoltech. A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL iBT, 450 on the TOEFL ITP or 6 on the IELTS is required. No exceptions are made for this policy and only TOEFL and IELTS scores are accepted.
- Submission of a General GRE score isn’t required for the Skoltech application. However, a high score may prove advantageous to your application.

- The application includes your CV, two letters of recommendation, and a motivation letter.
- Submission of either IELTS or TOEFL test results is compulsory by “Selection Weekend.”
- Candidates who did not get an opportunity to take any of these official tests will be able to take the TOEFL ITP during “Selection Weekend” at Skoltech.
